Redevco to invest EUR 1billion

The Dutch property firm Redevco announced that it plans to make more than EUR 1billion in investments in Turkey, specifically in shopping centres and business centres in Istanbul, Ankara, Edirne, Manisa and Erzurum.
Redevco had a worldwide real estate portfolio of approx. EUR 7 billion, operating in 20 countries in Europe. The total GLA of the projects will be more than 175000sqm and will create at least 4000 jobs.
