Foreign markets can be more rewarding

People who want to get high returns from a property investment are being encouraged to invest abroad.
The Sun newspaper highlighted Turkey as a potentially good option for investors, due to its high rate of house price inflation and popularity among holidaymakers.
This was said to be more likely to generate high returns than an investment in the UK, where the rate of growth in the property market is beginning to slow down.
"With the UK property market falling flat, it could be just the time to pitch in for an investment," the newspaper commented.
The Bodrum area was highlighted as one destination that could offer a number of benefits to investors, as it was a popular tourist area.
Furthermore, the Sun stated that investors could also enjoy the lifestyle benefits in the region, such as its attractive scenery and good weather.
