Ten reasons for moving to Altinkum

Those considering living abroad should look at Altinkum in Turkey, according to a publication offering ten reasons why people should do so.
Didim Today said two of these were a large choice of properties and low prices, while also stating that values should rise soon with the opening of the new marina and a golf course in the resort.
The cost of living is also low, the paper noted, added to the high quality of life, with plenty of locals speaking English, lots of entertainment, a blue flag beach and the proximity of the Temple of Apollon.
All this comes with plentiful flights to nearby airports at Bodrum and Izmir, as well as nine months of hot weather per year.
Such features may tempt those keen on Altinkum, while some may be interested in other parts of Turkey.
Last month, founder of broker Istanbul Mortgage Bahadir Teker told the Financial Times that the near-term prospects for market growth are good, meaning that "now is a good time to buy."
