Great investment opportunities in Turkey

Turkey will establish itself on the international property market this year, a property investment company claimed.
According to Obelisk, the country's property market offers "some excellent investment opportunities", with the unspoilt coastline being a particular hotspot.
“Perhaps best of all for the investor planning a lifestyle purchase and/or looking for a buy-to-let is Turkey's coastline”, the company stated, adding:
“Barely touched by the concrete that lines a lot of the French, Greek and Spanish seashores, many of Turkey's resorts are virtually unspoilt. In Turkey, beautiful coastlines are a given.”
Tourism in Turkey rose by 13.1 per cent in the first ten months of 2008, while the country's status of European Capital of Culture next year is predicted to increase the number of visitors even further.
