Homebuyer from the UK has outlined her reasons in the British daily paper The Independent for purchasing two properties in Turkey.
Helen Love owns a holiday home and an investment property in the Dalyan region. Speaking to the newspaper, she said she chose to purchase homes in Turkey because it is relatively cheap in comparison with other European countries.
Ms Love added that it is also a politically stable nation which is currently aiming to become a member of the European Union.
However, she also said that Turkey offers a number of lifestyle attractions, which make it a good place for her family to visit.
She commented: "It's great for holidays, there's a pristine beach and the local people are wonderful."
