Bargains to be found in Altinkum

The Turkish resort of Altinkum is affordable, perfect for holidays and offers excellent rental opportunities, a travel writer has stated in an article.
Deborah Cooper wrote for the American Chronicle that there are many more beautiful areas to buy property in, but Altinkum still has plenty to offer in terms of good prices, popular beaches and all-round sunshine appeal.
Ms Cooper added that the resort is easily accessible by air and ferry, while apartments can be found for as little as £18,000.
"I have come across some real bargains in the last few weeks as the season is coming to a close, for example, a three-bedroom duplex for £26,000,” Ms Cooper said.
"Altinkum really does have a lot to offer – great beaches, cheap property, and let's face it, if so many foreigners have decided to make their permanent homes there, it can't be all bad," she added.
However, she advises that many people are likely to prefer living in an area with a large British population.
