ROMANCE OF TURKEY LIMITED are an independent property agency specialising in properties in TURKEY. Until May 2009 they were the only wholly British owned Real Estate Agency in Alanya on the Turkish Mediterranean. Based on our business development strategies in the area; recently 50% share in the company was acquired by BPI Real Estate Investment & Development Inc. from Istanbul, fronted by their owner Hakan Hatipoğlu.
Len & Carol Orford are the British Directors and Hakan Hatipoğlu is Turkish Director. Susan Gardiner is our British Sales Manager in charge of the British end of the operation, responsible for initial contact with the client negotiating dates and arrangements for inspection trips.
We have an International Sales Team in Turkey overseen by Len, with Hakan overseeing the Business Development & Marketing. Each and every member of our team is absolutely committed to doing all they can to provide a smooth and hassle free service.
Our staff are hand picked and are amongst the very best in the Mediterranean property sector and we are proud to have built a reputation for delivering excellent standards of client care. Every year our office handles the purchase of over two hundred homes for clients on the Turkish Riviera. We are pleased to say we enjoy an exceptional success rate, providing a service which looks after the transaction from start to finish, dealing with any unexpected situations that may arise.
